Anne Lessard

Anne Lessard, LCPC, NCC

Experienced Counselor in Maryland

Pronouns: She/Her

I acknowledge as individuals we all have different needs. I strive to create a welcoming, comfortable space for clients and better understand their needs. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and diverse backgrounds with particular interest in supporting LGBTQ+ populations and Clients with Eating Disorders.

I believe that everything we do serves a function; however, some are more helpful than others. I aim to help others understand the function of their behaviors, develop a more helpful relationship with their mind and body, and find coping skills that are most helpful to them. My ideal client would be open to learning more about themselves and others. I enjoy thinking outside of the box and support clients with empathy as they step outside of their comfort zone.
