Adult Therapy

Family conflict arises in every family. However, family counseling allows for a neutral party to help facilitate healing.
Group Therapy
Group therapy allows for many people to come together (sometimes on a virtual platform), with the facilitation of a therapist, to focus on the same issue.
Play Therapy
Children’s primary language is play. Although sometimes used with adults, play therapy is a psychotherapeutic approach primarily used to help children ages 3 to 12 explore their lives and freely express thoughts and emotions through play.
