Founder & Experienced Psychotherapist in Maryland

Pronouns:  she/her/hers

The decision to seek therapy usually stems from a stressor that feels overwhelming. I am honored to sit with you as we explore new ways to cope with life stressors. I bring to the therapeutic process my years as a clinician; but also my life experiences as a wife, mother, daughter and friend. The therapeutic process starts with building trust in one another, and tailoring the treatment to your individual goals. Throughout the process, I utilize various treatment modalities to inspire hope for a brighter future. I look forward to working together and to creating better balance for your life.
