Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor

You don’t have to face this alone. Whether you’re a parent looking for support for your preteen, a teen navigating big emotions, or an adult feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I’m here to help.

As a dedicated, compassionate counselor, I offer a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free. Reaching out for therapy can feel hard. Still, it’s also a powerful act of courage. Because of that, I honor the trust it takes to share your story. Together, we’ll work to help you understand yourself better, manage stress, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

I support clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and overwhelm. I also help with relationship stress, health challenges, and major life transitions. In addition, therapy can be a steady place to process uncertainty, grief, loss, or change. Over time, you can build resilience and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life.

My approach is rooted in respect, creativity, and collaboration. First, I use Person-Centered Therapy so you feel heard and understood. Next, I draw from DBT to help you build practical emotional tools and strengthen relationships. Finally, I integrate Art Therapy when it’s helpful, so you can express feelings beyond words.  Together, we’ll find an approach that fits you—whether you’re a preteen, teen, or adult

My Education

  • Master of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness, NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development

In addition to formal education, I gained hands-on experience working in a psychiatric rehabilitation program (PRP), where I supported individuals living with severe and persistent mental health disorders. My roles included serving as an individual care coordinator and leading psychoeducation support groups, helping clients build insight, stability, and everyday coping skills.
