Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor

You don’t have to face it alone. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your preteen, a teen navigating big emotions, or an adult feeling stuck or overwhelmed — I’m here to help.

As a dedicated and compassionate counselor, I create a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free. I believe that reaching out for therapy is a powerful act of courage, and I deeply honor the trust it takes to share your story. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, manage life’s stressors, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, and the stress that often comes with relationship struggles, health challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you’re facing uncertainty, loss, or change, therapy offers a space to process emotions, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach is rooted in respect, creativity, and collaboration. I use Person-Centered Therapy to help you feel heard, DBT to build emotional tools and improve relationships, and Art Therapy to express feelings beyond words. These approaches support healing for preteens, teens, and adults alike.

My Education

  • Master of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness, NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development

  • Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Towson University

In addition to formal education, I gained hands-on experience working in a psychiatric rehabilitation program (PRP), where I supported individuals living with severe and persistent mental health disorders. My roles included serving as an individual care coordinator and leading psychoeducation support groups, helping clients build insight, stability, and everyday coping skills.
