Pamela Rosal, LMSW

Licensed Masters in Social Work

I provide specialized counseling for individuals facing chronic illness, life-ending diagnoses, and the unique emotional challenges of caregiving.  I also enjoy working with first responders and Veterans, drawing from my own life experience.  Many of my clients are adjusting to overwhelming life changes, navigating feelings of grief, loss, fear, and uncertainty, while also seeking connection, peace, and meaning during this difficult time.

Using a compassionate, mindfulness-based approach and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help clients accept their new reality and invest in habits, mindsets, and practices that promote healing and emotional well-being. With extensive experience in mindfulness practice and a deep therapeutic presence, I support individuals, families, and caregivers in building resilience and finding meaning even in the face of profound challenges.

Whether you are living with a chronic medical condition, adjusting to a terminal diagnosis, coping with caregiver stress, or experiencing anticipatory grief, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a supportive, nurturing space where you can process your experiences, strengthen your emotional health, and reconnect with what matters most.

If you are seeking grief counseling, chronic illness therapy, or caregiver support services, I am here to help. Together, we can work toward honoring your journey and discovering new ways to find hope, meaning, and connection.
