Stacy Luckey
LSU Masters In Social Work Student Intern
Stacy Luckey is an MSW Clinical Intern who offers compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for women from young adulthood through midlife who are navigating complex trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the experience of feeling high-functioning yet stuck. With a calm, grounding presence, Stacy creates a supportive space where clients can feel deeply seen, reconnect with themselves, and access the resilience and wisdom they already carry.
Stacy understands that insight alone does not always lead to lasting change. Her integrative approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, strengths-based therapy, and somatic therapy. Depending on each client’s needs, she may also incorporate parts work, inner-child work, experiential art, breathwork, and nervous-system regulation. Her work is collaborative, compassionate, and paced with respect for each client’s unique story and sense of safety.
Stacy especially enjoys working with people who have tried therapy, coaching, or self-help and still feel disconnected or unable to move forward. Together, she helps clients build greater emotional awareness, strengthen their capacity for regulation, and create meaningful change—moving beyond survival toward a more connected and fulfilling life.
