Due to the increasing numbers of COVID positive cases in Frederick and surrounding counties, we are going to change our policy effective immediately (12/30/2021).  This policy will remain in effect until 1/17/2022 and will be re-evaluated at that time.
1)  All adult and teen appointments will be virtual.
2)  The Waiting Room is closed.
3)  Children 12 and under may come in for in-person sessions (therapist discretion) and the standard protocols are in place.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience in our attempts to keep everyone safe.

8/15/2021 – In accordance with the CDC guidelines, Silver Psychotherapy clients must wear masks upon entering the therapy room.  Therapists will wear masks at all times when with patients.

All parties entering the office will be screened for temperature and asked to use sanitizer prior to entry.

If there is a resurgence of the pandemic or if other health concerns arise, however, Silver Psychotherapy may require that we meet via telehealth. If you have concerns about meeting through telehealth, we will talk about it first and try to address any issues. If the CDC, state or local government or Silver Psychotherapy ownership believe it is necessary, we may determine a return to telehealth for everyone’s well-being.

If you decide at any time that you would feel safer staying with, or returning to, telehealth services, we will respect that decision.
