Sarah Gumpert, CRNP-PMH, PMH-C

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

I understand that making the decision to reach out for help is challenging. Once you have done that, the hardest part is over! My role is providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share your story in addition to understanding the contextual factors. When you are ready, we will discuss evidence-based medication options to treat your condition.  My ideal client will understand that medication management is only one component of mental health treatment. Family, community support, nutrition, exercise and good sleep habits are imperative.

Sarah enjoys working with teens and adults, Deaf/hard-of-hearing; and mood/anxiety disorders that occur throughout the reproductive life cycle, including the perinatal and postpartum periods.  She is fluent in ASL.
