Sarah Gumpert, CRNP-PMH, PMH-C

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Maryland

When lifestyle changes and therapy alone aren’t enough, psychiatric medication management can play a crucial role in your mental health journey. As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner based in Maryland, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care to help teens and adults manage a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and more.

Using a holistic approach to mental health care, I combine medication management with attention to key wellness factors like nutrition, exercise, sleep, relationships, and personal goals—supporting each client’s ability to live a full, healthy life.

I am also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and deeply committed to serving the Deaf, hard-of-hearing, and CODA communities with culturally sensitive mental health services. Additionally, I have a special focus on perinatal mental health, offering support for pregnancy-related anxiety, postpartum depression, and other mood disorders across the reproductive life cycle.

If you’re seeking a psychiatric provider in Maryland who integrates medication, therapy, and holistic wellness, I am here to support your healing.
