Entering therapy can be a very difficult decision to make and taking the first step can be scary. In my practice, I want to form a caring therapeutic relationship with you, which allows you to feel safe and empowered and to become the best version of yourself that you can be.

My specialties are eating disorders, women’s issues, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, adolescent issues including brain development. Through individual, family or group therapy, my goal is to help you learn to cope with issues you are experiencing, find ways to manage life stressors and to adaptively cope in any situation. Through compassionate empowering care, using an eclectic approach including: CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, and Trauma Informed Care, I want to create an environment in which you feel safe and secure to work on any issues you are facing.

I have 31 years of experience as a clinician and have worked in a variety of settings including: inpatient, PHP, residential, and outpatient. I have worked with a diverse population experiencing various mental health issues. I have experience working with client’s across the life span (ages 5-70+ years old). I started out my career working primarily with children and adolescents. Over the course of the last 20 plus years, I have expanded my experience to working more with young adults, adults and older adults. My specialty areas include: eating disorders, anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, adolescent issues, and women’s issues.
